The new MDS 3.0 is scheduled to be implemented on October 1,2010 , changing your data collection process! This interactive session will review all the changes in the MDS, focus on the “hot spots” that will impact quality and reimbursement and give you tools to teach your staff how to code properly. The session will look at the impact of the MDS 3.0 on the other processes including the RUGs system, state Medicaid system , Care Planning, and Quality Measure/Quality Indicators.
